COLOUR SLIDERS

due to some People wanting to have the option to change colours by a slider, i added the ability to it.

now there is "colour" with three sliders

Gamma, Brightness and Hue slider.

SAVED BETWEEN WORLDS

also requested was the ability to save the toggles  between worlds. All non-nsfw toggles now have that inbuild.
